Blocks of rooms have been reserved for the delegates at the contracted hotels during the Congress period. Since rooms are assigned on a “first come, first serve basis”, it is highly recommend your to make your reservation early. Special discount room rate will be offered exclusively to the 11th WPCCID participants. It may not be able to secure rooms at the hotels with the special rate quoted after October 13, 2008.

The organizing committee has designated Swire International Travel Services Ltd. as the 11th WPCCID official travel agency.

How to reserve?
1. Hotel reservation must be made through the following method.

  • On-line：Create your personal account at the on-line congress system and process your reservation. The confirmation of hotel reservation will be sent to you from the 11th WPCCID Official travel agency once all relevant information is received.
  • Fax / Email：Download the hotel reservation form and return it via fax or email to the official travel agency before the deadline.

2. The number of rooms are limited, therefore, reservation will be processed on “first come, first serve” basis. Requests received later than October 13, 2008, the reservation is subject to the availability and can’t be guaranteed.  

Payment
1. All reservations must be guaranteed with your credit card for the first night.
2. Full payment will be made to Swire International Travel Services Ltd.
Please DO NOT make your payment to the hotels.

Cancellation/ No Show
Any change or cancellation should be informed to the 11th WPCCID official travel agency directly via e-mail or fax.

Cancellation from 3 days to 1 day before check-in date 100% of 1 night fee will be charged.
No show 100% of 1 night fee will be charged.
